Six week workout plan for home or minimal equipment use at a gym. Learn, basics of weight training, proper form and get coaching and stay accountable to meeting your goals for the week to increase your confidence and make behavior change so you can continue on your own after six weeks.

This is a virtual class meets weekly for one hour. Includes weekly exercise education sessions and group coaching calls, follow up in between as needed with Coach via text and email.
